Daily Bell Schedule
This bell schedule includes normal dropoff and pickup times for St. Barbara students. It also includes special schedule notes such as early dismissals and extended care hours.
7:30 AM Students may report to the lunch area. Teachers and safety patrol on duty. Do not drop off students before 7:30 AM.
7:45 AM First Bell – Teachers pick up students for class
7:50 AM Second Bell – Tardy students report with parents to the school office
8:15 AM Mass on Wednesdays. Students wear Mass uniform.
9:45 AM Recess for Grades TK-4
10:30-10:45 AM Recess for Grades 6-8
11:30 AM Transitional Kindergarten – 4th Grade Lunch. Ends at 12:15 PM.
12:00 PM Dismissal the 1st Thursday of every month for meetings with Pax Christi Academies
12:25 – 1:05 PM 5th-8th Grade Lunch. Ends at 12:45 PM.
1:45 PM Early dismissal on Tuesdays for faculty meetings
2:00 PM Students sent to Extended Care on Tuesdays
3:00 PM Dismissal on Monday through Friday, EXCEPT Tuesday
3:15 PM Students sent to Extended Care Monday – Friday, EXCEPT Tuesday
6:00 PM Extended Care closes
Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten are full-day programs.
All parents or visitors must report to the school office during school hours for a visitor pass.
